When you request access, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone, country of residence, the nature of your interest, and any note you include. When you call or email us, we keep a record of the correspondence. When representation is agreed in writing, we also process identification documents, proof of funds, and transaction records required under UAE anti-money-laundering law and DLD / RERA regulation.
To reply to your enquiry, to represent you in a transaction, to meet our legal obligations (anti-money-laundering, RERA, tax), and to keep records the law requires us to keep. We do not sell your data, and we do not operate a marketing list.
Only the associates of the house and the professionals directly involved in your matter (for example, a lawyer, valuer, or bank — when you instruct one). We may disclose to the Dubai Land Department, RERA, DET, or a competent authority when required by law.
Records are kept on servers and in secure archives inside the United Arab Emirates. Transactional records are retained for the period required by UAE AML and tax law (typically 5 years from closure).
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure where permitted, and withdrawal of consent. Write to office@estateium.ae.
