Estateium is a Dubai advisory house for prime residences of provenance. We do not push listings. We represent the small number of residences that warrant representation — Palm Jumeirah beach villas, Emirates Hills mansions, Bulgari and signature-tower penthouses, Jumeirah Bay and District One villas — and counsel the principals who acquire them.
Our work is private by default. Representation is RERA-regulated and agreed in writing. An offering is disclosed — with provenance, DLD or Oqood detail, and independent valuation — to a named principal, after introduction. There is no public feed, no search wall, no stack of listings. There is a conversation, and then there is a residence.
