We are a Dubai advisory house. We represent a small number of prime residences — villas on Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Bay, mansions in Emirates Hills, penthouses in Downtown and signature towers, family estates in District One and MBR City — and counsel the principals who acquire them.
Our licence is issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET Trade Licence 753958). Our representation is RERA-regulated. Our work is private by default: representation is agreed in writing, an offering is disclosed to a named principal after introduction, and the DLD or Oqood reference, provenance, and an independent valuation are on the table before a conversation becomes a transaction.
