The house is authorised to act as a real estate broker under the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), a sector of the Dubai Land Department (DLD). Individual brokers hold personal RERA cards issued after training and examination. Representation is conducted under RERA Forms A, B, F and I as applicable.
The house complies with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 and the related Cabinet Decisions on anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing. Before any representation, the house conducts customer due diligence: verification of identity, source of funds, and screening against applicable sanctions lists. Suspicious transaction reports are filed with the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit where required.
The house provides real estate representation and advisory within the scope of RERA. It does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Where a transaction has material legal, tax, or financing implications, the principal is advised to instruct independent counsel.
